Strategically located near Routes 1&9, the New Jersey Turnpike, I-78, and Jersey City, this new plant allows Silvi Materials to meet rising demand with greater speed, reliability, and a full range of high-quality concrete mixes designed for diverse construction needs.

Designed with advanced batch and admixture systems, the plant supports a variety of concrete mixes, from foundational footings to high-strength 12,000 psi applications. With a production capacity of up to 180 yards of concrete per hour, the facility’s cutting-edge design positions Silvi Materials to serve construction projects of all sizes, complementing Silvi’s East Newark facility and reinforcing its ability to meet the growing needs of the Newark market.

The Newark plant installation, managed by Silvi Materials’ internal construction team, included extensive site grading, foundation work, and the installation of a self-erecting mobile central mix batch system. The team’s use of hydraulic systems enabled efficient assembly of the mixer and conveyors, facilitating the rapid operational readiness needed to serve North Jersey’s construction market.

Alongside the batching plant, Silvi has set up batch and maintenance trailers and established aggregate stockpile bins on-site. This robust setup supports a continuous production flow, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality materials to contractors and developers throughout the region.
